Order Process

Oleyland Online Orders

At Oleyland, we aim to make ordering safety shoes online as easy as buying them in our  Ontario safety shoes retail store

How to order your safety footwear online

Simply browse our range of safety footwear and clothing online, and select the right level of protection for your working environment.

To order any of our shoes or boots, click on the product details, select the size and quantity required, and click "Add to Cart". You can add as many products to your Shopping Cart as you like, as you can delete any unwanted items before you finalize your order.

When you've finished shopping, click on the "View Your Cart" button, and details of all your product orders will appear, including the tax chargeable.

When you click the Checkout button to confirm your order, you will be require to provide billing information if you are a new customer, and verify your account via email. Just log in to your account if you're a returning customer.

Our secure ordering system will check your billing address, shipping choice, and payment method - just follow the instructions to complete your order and you're done!

Checking your order

At any time, you can check the progress of your order by logging into Your Account with your Username and Password.  Your order will be either:

PENDING: Your order is shown as Pending as soon as your order is placed. All orders remain Pending until we have received payment. Oleyland will not process an order until full payment has been made.

CONFIRMED: We update your order to Confirmed, once we receive your PayPal payment, or your check/money order. Once payment is received, we go ahead and ready your package for delivery.

SHIPPED: When your order is shipped out, we will update your order as Shipped that same day.

Please be aware that all orders marked Pending are deleted after 2 weeks (14 days) if payment has not been received. If you have not received your package and still see Pending on your order, you should check your PayPal account to confirm if a payment has been made or not.
